1. Why are your prices so low?!
Being an online store, we need not pay rental and our overhead costs are minimal. To keep inventory costs low, we offer only the most classic designs instead of having a large variety for selection. As such, we are able to keep our prices very competitive, and much lower than products of comparable quality sold by brick-and-mortar businesses. 2. Why are the belts and buckles sold separately?
Major brands of belts sold in department stores offer the buckle together with your belt purchase. However, we understand that buckles usually outlive its leather belts. We offer belts and buckles separately so that you can pay only for what you need - for many of you, a replacement belt for your existing buckle. For some who would like to purchase a complete set, a removable buckle is yours at only $3 with purchase of any leather belt.
3. Why must I buy a belt in order to buy a buckle?
The buckles are complementary products for our leather belts, and are heavily subsidised at only $3 per piece with purchase with any belt. Our main focus is on offering a solution to those with a growing collection of removable belt buckles, so belts remain our main merchandise.
4. How do I know if your belts can fit my removable belt buckle?
We currently offer leather belts in only 1 size – 120cm length by 2.8cm width. You can use a ruler to measure the width of your existing buckle to check if the slot for the belt (or the width of existing belt) is 2.8cm or more.
5. Can I look at the belt / cufflinks and try on before I buy?
No problem! Even though we have tried our best to provide clear illustrations in our website on the quality of our products, we understand that some customers prefer to look at the actual product before buying. We offer a cash-on-collection service at Admiralty MRT, whereby you are able to look at the quality of our product and even try them on before deciding whether to go ahead with your purchase. Belt length alteration service will also be offered exclusively to customers who opt for cash-on-collection at Admiralty MRT instead of mail delivery. However, please note that leather belts that are altered especially for you are non-returnable and will not be applicable for the 14-day money back guarantee.
6. Is there belt length alteration service available?
Yes, customers who opt for cash-on-collection at Admiralty MRT instead of mail delivery will be entitled to free belt length alteration. Please note that there might be minor differences in fitting when you use the same leather belt for different designs of removable belt buckles. To ensure accuracy in alteration, please bring along your existing removable belt buckle with leather belt so that the length of your new leather belt can be matched against the length of your existing belt. However, please note that leather belts that are altered especially for you are non-returnable and will not be applicable for the 14-day money back guarantee.

8. My waist size is 40 inches. Can your belt fit me?
Our leather belts can fit waists up to 42 inches. If you are looking for a longer belt, please leave us a feedback in our online form. If there is demand for longer belts or more designs, we will definitely bring in such products which cater to your needs.
9. Why do you offer leather belts in only one size?
To keep our inventory low, we start by offering leather belts in only one size, 120cm (L) and 2.8cm (W), which is also the most common width for removable belt buckles. However, we welcome feedback from our customers, and will definitely bring in more sizes (assorted lengths or widths) or designs if there is demand. If you are looking for something which we are not currently offering, we would love to hear from you! Please complete our online form.
10. How can I return the goods during the 14-day money back guarantee period?
Only products that are unused and in their original packaging can be returned. Complete our online form or email us at order@greatvaluebuys.com. Please quote your invoice number. We will get in touch with you within 1 working day to arrange the refund and goods collection. Your refund can be done either via cash on goods return at Admiralty MRT, or postage of goods back to us (where return postage will be borne by customer) and we will refund the amount back to your bank account upon receipt of goods. When returning goods through post, please indicate your order number clearly at the back of the envelope using a marker.
