Thank you for choosing SHIDU. Your portable voice amplifier comes with a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be presented in the event of any claims. Our warranty covers the speaker unit, excluding accessories like microphones and charging cable. In the event of warranty claim, all exchange transactions are to be completed exclusively at our designated location at Ang Mo Kio Street 21.
